This week and next week Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 will be doing exams. Key Stage 2 are doing SATs and the high school will be doing proper exams. Whenever Key Stage 2 (us) are at break, we have to be really quiet so we don't disturb them. Today we had are spelling paper and tomorrow we will have reading comprehension.
We moved the tables so we couldn't cheat and we also only had a pencil and a rubber on our desks so we couldn't look at any possible pieces of paper, with the answers on which might be hidden in our pencil cases. We won't have our pencil cases with us because we are preparing for high school. In high school you have to pack what you need in a plastic, clear bag, so your teacher can check if you have brought any unwanted slips of paper with the answer on it to your lesson!
So teachers are quite strict when it comes to exams, but I guess they have to if you want a good (and true) grade.
